A great, affordable and economical boat that's in really nice shape. Not a project or fixer, this boat will take you to the San Juans or Alaska tomorrow. Currently moored in the Port of Everett South Marina in an assumable slip ($300/mo). This boat is unique and most closely resembles a Chris Craft of the same era - but with a fiberglass hull .

This 1964 Unifilite 29 foot Express Cruiser is a great example of early fiberglass boats. Built in Bellingham, WA, it is rock solid, with classic lines and a layout that is great for fishing, crabbing, entertaininig, or family cruising. Fiberglass of this era is extra heavy duty, and does not suffer from blistering that affected boats built in the 1970s.

Powered by a Chevy 350ci single inboard engine coupled with a double disk transmission, the boat is both powerful and economical to operate. Max speed is in excess of 25 knots, but cruises economically at 17 knots. Hydraulic steering and trim tabs give a comfortable ride and smooth handling. Engine is fresh water cooled, has low hours, and has been well maintained. Starts every time, has always been reliable, and burns no oil. Two sixty gallon aluminum fuel tanks (120 gallons total) provide long range cruising without refueling.

Interior is spacious and converts to sleeping for four. Galley features a 2-burner alcohol stove and dual-voltage refrigerator. There is ample storage throughout.
A wall-mounted flat screen TV/DVD and four speaker stereo system with mp3 input provide entertainment. Full camper canvas, inflatable queen bed and aft bench provide additional sheltered sleeping for 3.

Head features manual flush toilet with 10 gallon holding tank and macerator pump. The 20 gallon fresh water tank + 6 gallon hot water tank feed sinks in the galley and head.

Three new 26 cell deep cycle batteries in 2 banks provide ample power for starting and house power. A 30 amp shore power connection is also provided.

Navigation and electronics include a compass, older Jefferson depth finder, marine band radio, and new
Garmin GPS/Fish Finder with dual frequency transducer.

Boat was hauled in January, 2010 and received new bottom paint, and new zincs all around.
Other features include:

8 foot inflatable tender on Weaver davits

Danforth anchor with 360 foot rode for deep anchorage

Full safety equipemnt, including numerous fire extiguishers, personal flotation devices, and signal kit. Boat hooks, bumpers, & lines are all included as well.

Crab and shrimp pots, fishing gear and downriggers are available at a good price, but not included.
